Buyers
Generally there are no fees when buying a business, since we get paid commission by the seller. However we will arrange separate time/fee based agreements if you require us to do work for which we cannot receive fees from the seller.
We always agree remuneration in advance so there are no surprises nor disagreements - we want to work on the same page as you.
You are responsible for any Attorney/Accountants fees incurred on your behalf and would deal directly with those individuals accordingly.
Sellers
Generally we agree a fee with you for listing your business which is in line with the market place. We need to offer realistic commissions to buyers brokers’ to incentivize them to see and buy your business for sale.
All fees are agreed in advance and part of the listing contract so you know them from outset. |
