 Our President and lead Broker is Mark N Pagdin, he moved to Florida from England. His experiences of buying and selling businesses in Florida, led him to form Florida Brokers 4 Business Inc.
Mark is a trained accountant and was in private practice for over 16 years.
His career has been one of accounting, tax planning and financial advice for business owners/clients.
Due to the poor quality advice and lack of professionalism Mark has experienced in dealing with businesses being bought or sold in Florida he decided to do it himself!!

Mark advises clients what information clients should be asking for and what answers need to be received. He will assist to keep a purchase/sale on track so that both parties move towards a timely and structured closing.
In particular having done the exercise himself Mark can assist overseas buyers looking to buy businesses for visa purposes.
